The primary objective of the law firm is to comprehensively safeguard the interests of our clients. Our team consists of first-class experts. Careful selection of our staff and associates contributes to the success of our clients and thus the law firm.

We work as a team of legal advisers and attorneys, and our cooperation is based on the principle of partnership. Each of us specialises in his or her chosen area of law. At the same time, the variety of issues and problems we face in providing a wide range of legal services on a daily basis has allowed us to gain experience in almost all key areas of law.

Working in a team of specialised lawyers gives us the ability to provide a wide range of services, which consequently allows us to meet the specific, individual requirements of our clients. Within the framework of projects, we create effective teams by combining competences, comprehensively dealing with the entrusted cases in order to ensure the highest quality of the services offered.

For years, trainees distinguished by their high level of knowledge and personal culture have been gaining professional experience under our auspices. After completing the apprenticeship and successfully passing the professional examination, often with the highest grade point average, many of them join the ranks of legal advisors in our law firm.

Attorney-at-law Bożena Licht

Since the establishment of the law firm, she has ensured that the law firm provides services of the highest quality. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to commercial law companies, both Polish and with foreign capital (American, Swedish, Danish and Spanish), local self-government units, including cities with district rights, professional self-government of construction engineers and individual clients. He specialises in civil law, commercial law - in the law of commercial companies and real estate transactions.

He advises entrepreneurs on investment processes, also in the chemical industry. Being a member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police S.A. since 2016, he actively participates in the implementation of the largest chemical investment in Poland. In his work, he puts the interests of the client first. He provides legal services also in English.

Additionally, she conducts professional trainings in the field of civil law, construction law, public procurement, labour law for, among others, the Northern Chamber of Commerce, BCC and the Supreme Chamber of Control, as well as the West Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers.

Attorney-at-law Bożena Licht cooperates with the North Chamber of Commerce, the West Pomeranian Employers' Association, she is an expert of the Business Centre Club and takes an active part in the activities of the Arbitration Court in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship, as well as being a long-standing member of the Council of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Szczecin.

She has gained experience while working for the international concern Ernst & Young sp. z o.o. and joint-stock company in Warsaw and Poznań in the field of tax law, as well as advisory and audit services. She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, both Polish and with foreign capital, including American, Swedish, Danish, Spanish and Korean capital. The attorney provides legal services to entities with a diverse profile of activity, ranging from companies operating in the construction, medical and banking sectors, to companies involved in the establishment and operation of wind power plants or the construction and distribution of spherical structures.

Alicja Przeworska specialises in business law, commercial law, labour law and tax law. Particularly noteworthy is her comprehensive handling of an international wind farm sale transaction amounting to several million euros. An additional asset of this attorney-at-law is her knowledge in the area of corporate services (including the establishment of companies, services for company bodies, divisions, mergers and transformations of companies), as well as legal services for cities with county (powiat) rights, municipalities and the professional self-government of construction engineers.

The attorney provides legal services, also in English, thanks to, among other things, the experience gained at the consulting firm Ernst & Young. Legal services for entrepreneurs with foreign capital require specialised translation of legal texts.
